Paige & Alex

These two are as fun as they are adorable! They’ve been together for over 6 years but still are as giddy about each other as a summer fling. We had so much fun taking taking photos around the gorge while the Pacific Northwest was showing off with a beautiful, sunny winter day. Paige and Alex - can’t wait for the wedding!

Liz & Rob

Rob and Liz are throwing a huge party next year, gathering all of their friends and family to celebrate their next chapter of life. I’m so, so excited for their Illinois wedding! For now, enjoy some photos from our adventurous engagement session in the Hood River, Oregon area a few weeks ago. They are so adorable!

A peek into when I first met Rob and Liz, when he proposed in October 2020:

Brooklyn & Brandon - Hurricane Ridge

Brooklyn & Brandon adventured into the Olympic National Park with me for their engagement shoot. I don’t know which was prettier: the views or the two of them!! Equally stunning.

We were blessed with a beautiful day and had a blast sight seeing the beautiful PNW and capturing their love. These two get married in July and I can’t wait to capture and celebrate their wedding day!

Dyl & Mal

Dylan surprised Mallory with a little photoshoot for her birthday. How sweet is that? They’ve been together for about 6 years but they still look at each other like they just fell in love yesterday. They have so much fun together and they are the epitome of “lovers and friends.” They are best friends!

Dylan and Mallory, your energy is contagious. I’m thankful to have had the opportunity to frolic around our beautiful PNW, skip through fields, climb fences, and appreciate life with you guys. Your kindness, gratitude, and zest for life does not go unnoticed. Thank you for letting me capture your sweet love.

Shelby & Ty

It took awhile for Shelby and I to figure out how we actually could have possibly got connected, and while coming to the conclusion that it was just very random… it also felt like God just wanted us to be friends :)

From the second we got out of the car at their engagement session, I felt like we were instant friends. We had so much fun together their whole session, driving around the little town of Winona Lake, stopping at every cute place we spotted.

I completely adore Shelby and Ty’s sweet love for each other. Every time I asked Ty to look over at Shelby, he instantly had this huge grin on his face, and couldn’t hide the dimples. Every time I asked Shelby to look at Ty, she also threw in a gentle touch of the hand or a quick squeeze, too. They are flirty, fun, genuine, and so, so kind. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to capture their love. Their wedding is going to be one for the books! Can’t wait for October to come :)

Rana & Adam - Colorado Engagement

RPImagery-1165.jpg

After learning that we lived so close together, Rana and Adam wanted a quick photo of them at the lake by both of our houses, to use for their wedding website. I said fat chance! I just moved to Denver so have been wanting to get out and explore all of the awesome places and epic views that Colorado has to offer. And THIS was the perfect opportunity to do so! So I whisked these two (they actually whisked me) up and away to Lookout Mountain in Genesee, Colorado.

While we definitely got to see some majestic views, the real view was these two! Rana and Adam are so much fun and they are truly perfect for each other. They are constantly laughing together and while Rana is quirky and hilarious, Adam balances them out with his gentleness and subtle wit.

Thank you guys for allowing me the privilege of capturing a bit of your love. Can’t wait for the wedding!

Brooklyn & CJ

RPImagery-0232.jpg

I have so much appreciation for a grown man that isn’t afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve, to flirt and show affection, and to be so evidently proud to be his woman’s side. This is CJ. I knew it would be a fun shoot the first moment that I asked CJ to spin Brooklyn around and slow dance. They did it so naturally and beautifully, that I wasn’t surprised when CJ replied, “Oh we do this in the kitchen all of the time,” while shamelessly admitting that he is a hopeless romantic. Their chemistry is so strong, and I love their love story.

At such a young age themselves, they unexpectedly brought their little stud into the world. I was so happy that they brought their son, Cam, to our engagement session. I loved seeing them interact all together, and I was beyond impressed with what a sweet and polite little man that they have already raised. They shared their whole story with me, and I found it so admirable how they have worked hard together and have remained such a solid team through all of life’s trials, tribulations, heart-warming, and happy moments.

You could tell little Cam was just so excited for his parents to get married, and I think it’s safe to say we all are! These two have a contagious kind of love, and I was so honored to capture every little bit of their undeniable chemistry. Absolutely cannot wait for their wedding day!

Brooke & Ethan

How sweet are these two seriously!? It's not ironic at all that his last name is actually "Sweet." I just adore them! I'm not going to lie, this first picture up top was actually the very first photo I snapped of them at their engagement session as they were telling me how "awkward" they were about to be. Haha PLEASE!! But really, that never happens. Loved this session and love these two!

Proposal at 7500 Feet // Yosemite National Park

One of the biggest reasons I love to travel is because of the people I get to meet. Anywhere you go, you either meet people that are rooted there or people that are doing the same thing you are - exploring. So many benefits to meeting both types of people!

Take for instance, our 1st night in Yosemite, when we got to meet Alex and Kris, a sweet couple from Missouri. We hiked up Taft Point, and once we got up there, some folks around the area told us to stay away from this prime spot... where we heard this guy was about to propose to this girl in a few minutes. Everyone around was hush-hush and giving them their private space and waiting for the big moment to happen, and I decided you know what... I'm just going to be a creep and linger around and take some photos of "the big moment." Who doesn't want photos of their proposal?! I saw that he had a little go-pro setup, but let's be real.... It's not the same as a professional photog capturing it. So I casually pranced around behind them taking some photos as I was tearing up myself watching Alex have tears rolling down his face as he put the ring on Kris' finger. Seriously, it was just the sweetest thing.

We let them have their moment, and then I wanted to get their contact info to send them photos, so I walked up to them for what I thought was going to be a brief second. When I apologized for being a creep taking photos, Alex had more tears streaming down his face at the excitement of having it captured. What a sentimental guy! They asked us to stay and hang out with them and pop some champagne with them to celebrate.... so OKAY, of course!

We ended up chatting, celebrating, and finding out so much about each other and finding out some ironic and fun connections/similarities for the next 25 minutes or so. We also made the trek back to our cars in the dark together, and I honestly wish it would have been a 6 mile trek back rather than 1! I had so much fun getting to know these two!

Alex and Kris - congratulations again! I am thrilled that I was "in the right place at the right time" to get to capture this special moment for you guys. I adore you both and hope to get to see you again / travel with you guys in the future!
